Delete Your QRide Account

QRIDE (Pty) Ltd provides this page so QRide users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

How to request deletion

Preferred method: If the QRide Application provides an in-app account deletion function, use Account / Settings → Delete Account.

Web/email method: If you cannot use the Application, email moses.brucelee@jaggulasconsulting.com with the subject QRide Account Deletion Request. Include the mobile number or email address associated with your QRide account so we can identify the account.

What happens after the request?

  1. We may verify your identity or account ownership to prevent unauthorised deletion.
  2. We will deactivate or delete the account and personal information that we are not required or reasonably permitted to retain.
  3. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, regulatory or other lawful purposes.
  4. Retained information is not used for ordinary account operation once the account has been deleted, except where required for the stated lawful purpose.
